With over 15 years of providing Payroll Outsourcing and Accounting Services, Hydra BPO Services Ltd with new Shareholders and investment capital sought to grow the business through acquisition and strengthen their already significant systems offering. Recognising the potential within the Recruitment marketplace and the opportunity to focus on outsource service provision, Hydra BPO Services engaged in the acquisition of AHL Management Ltd – a specialist recruitment industry focused back office outsource service provider.

As an established provider of business solutions to the recruitment and staffing sector, AHL Management specialised in helping clients increase their competitiveness and profitability through the application of technology to simplify complex transactions. From the point of sale to the cash receipt, solutions cover each aspect of the business process - starting with the recording of a booking, through the generation and processing of timesheets, payroll, invoices and finally cash collection.

As a result of the acquisition Hydra-AHL now have the technology, processes and experience to ensure that business critical data is processed accurately and quickly, procedures that currently take days can be completed in minutes, and that maximum benefit and cost saving opportunity are realise for the benefit of our current and new clients.

As a combined entity, Hydra-AHL has been providing Front Office software and bespoke back office Payroll, Invoicing and Accountancy Outsourcing Services to the Recruitment Industry for more than 20 years, delivering solutions to start up single branch companies through to £150 million turnover multi branch UK wide businesses. Our technologies are used by over 2,000 recruiters working in over 250 recruitment businesses. We currently process in excess of 20,000 candidates a week through our solutions; performing timesheet validation, e-timesheet processing, BACS/CHAPS and Cheque payments, raising invoices to over 3,000 of our clients’ customers and collecting cash from a large percentage of these as part of our credit control service.

Incorporating a breadth of experience and knowledge of the Recruitment market, outsource service provision and technical expertise in development, maintenance and service delivery, Hydra-AHL provide specific implementation, business process re-engineering and alignment teams, operations, account management and relationship management within the overall service provision

Key to the integration of the two companies was the retention of the management and service experience and the development of systems to ensure that best practice was shared and used to enhance the technology offering to our clients. As a result Hydra-AHL enhance our clients’ performance through the timely and accurate execution of their transactions.
