The Hydra-AHL solution dramatically reduces the time it takes recruiters to turn a timesheet into revenue. Within minutes of a timesheet being received, our system will have processed the relevant information and raised and dispatched an invoice. This end-to-end process - from candidate timesheet submission through to end client invoice receipt can take 30 minutes. Operating to clients' pre-agreed rules, our credit control function automatically pursues outstanding payments utilising our bespoke credit control ASP. Hydra-AHL's average DSO (Day Sales Outstanding - average number of days to get invoices paid) is 39 days across all industry sectors - public, construction, finance. IT.
Reduced Debtor Days
Our advanced invoicing and credit control solution allows invoices to be raised automatically and in real-time with the frequency of dispatch dictated by our clients. Our document checking and verification service ensures high levels of accuracy - thereby significantly reducing the scope for disputes and late payment. The result of the combination of our system, rules and process is a reduction in interest charges as the number of days the debt is outstanding to the Funding provider is reduced.

Whilst a standard set of reports can total over 100, further bespoke reporting can be developed to suit specific client needs.
