Hydra-AHL provides large and medium sized recruitment companies with a range of fully automated modular solutions that can be integrated seamlessly to cover each aspect of the business process – from the recording of a booking, through the generation and processing of timesheets, payroll, invoices and cash collection.

Our weekly processing volumes exceed 20,000 paper & e-timesheets; 10,000+ payments and 1,000’s of invoices for our customers. We process the pay & bill every 30 minutes which means your invoices can go out via e-mail within 30 minutes of you submitting the timesheet to Hydra-AHL or daily if by post.

Our charging structure is tailored to suit you, typically the 3 main options are per transaction, per candidate or percentage of sales.

Our overall process includes any or all of the following services:

  • Timesheet processing – clearing ALL timesheets in under 3 minutes
  • Scanning all timesheets (to append to invoices, viewable via the web)
  • Calculating Pay per temp (PAYE, Self Employed and new CIS)
  • Paying the candidate (BACS/Cheque) – daily or weekly
  • Issuing Payslip’s via e-mail, SMS, Web or post
  • Calculating and distributing invoices for temps and perms via e-mail, SMS, Web or post
  • Uploading invoice schedules to the funding provider
  • Cash collections utilising bespoke ASP application resulting in decreased DSO and interest charges
  • Web based Management Information Reporting, providing access to all sales and transaction data via the web in real-time
  • Calculation of monthly CIS submission
  • Monthly finance reconciliation (required by most Funding Providers)
  • Production and submission of Year End returns for PAYE (P35/P14 and P60)
  • Management Accounts

AHL produce invoices and payments every 30 minutes, allowing candidates to be paid any day or weekly. We will also process your internal payroll for FREE. In addition to standard processing we offer e-timesheets, e-payslips and e-invoices. Our solution enables our customers to restructure their internal resources and costs and typically results in a 25% cost saving in year 1.
