IQX Lite is Hydra-AHL's powerful front-office recruitment solution, recently rated as the market leader for functionality by one of the UK's leading Recruitment Agency. Developed in partnership with a leading Front Office Software Development company – IQX Ltd, the solution is fully integrated with the Hydra-AHL platform allowing seamless feeds from front to back office systems, e-processing functionality and comprehensive management information reporting.

IQX Lite overlays the entire recruitment process – from registration to placement, incorporating a range of tools to track temporary, contract and permanent candidates. Offering users unparalleled workforce management, IQX Lite captures and utilises business critical information in the form that best meets recruiters' needs.

Alternatively many clients require only back office services and have an incumbent front office solution or will be implementing a new one. Hydra-AHL have built multiple links to front office software packages allowing critical information and data to be fed into the back office system, which after processing can then be fed back to the client’s front office and/or to accounts packages.

Hydra-AHL also have a bespoke data input system – Rising Sun, a web enabled solution allowing clients 24/7 access to input data which feeds directly to the Hydra-AHL back office platform.
