Launch of the new Hydra-AHL Brand and Website
With the launch of the new brand, Hydra-AHL has re-designed and amalgamated the old Hydra and AHL Management websites, allowing all clients (current and future) a single site for access to management, timesheet and payroll, and, Hydra-AHL company and product information and news.
Whilst the previous Hydra BPO Services and AHL Management websites will be replaced with the Hydra-AHL website, if you still log on to either the Hydra BPO Services or AHL Management websites, there is an internet redirection which will take you directly to the new website address.
Kevin Lecompte, Joint Managing Director of Hydra-AHL, believes that “the launch of the new brand is a significant step in the merger process of the two companies. It is allowing the staff and management to engage with each other, clients and candidates as a single entity, and focus efforts on the new challenge of positioning Hydra-AHL within the market, and delivering to the market, the highest level of outsource partnership and cost effective service delivery”
Hydra BPO Services Acquire AHL Management Ltd to form Hydra-AHL
In November 2007, Hydra BPO Services Ltd successfully completed the acquisition of the AHL Management Ltd business, immediately merging the two management teams under a Hydra-AHL umbrella. Hydra BPO Services Ltd CEO – Laurent Drouin was delighted with the acquisition considering it to be the foundation for significant growth of the Group “Hydra is delighted to have completed the acquisition of AHL Management Ltd, bringing together two of the market leading businesses and combining the strength of the management teams and IT systems, will position Hydra-AHL to generate significant opportunity and growth, whilst benefiting the commercial and service needs of the industry”.
Hydra BPO Services will now act as the Group Holding Company, and in the short term the Hydra Shared Services and AHL Management businesses will continue to service clients, utilising their bespoke IT Platforms, with the medium term plan to merge the businesses under Hydra-AHL, which will provide a variety of IT solutions and service offerings.
